Embrocation and Oil

HOW TO APPLY: Apply AFTER YOUR BIBS OR SHORTS ARE ON! 
Wearing the free latex glove, roll back the leg of you bibs/shorts, rubbing Embro Stick on the front area of your leg. Rub vigorously into the skin creating a small amount of friction heat. This aids the embro soaking into the skin. Be sure to apply well before your event, as embro takes some time to activate. Wearing leg or knee warmers after application for your warm up will assure activation starts before your race or ride.

Caveat: Embro is the gift that keeps on giving, well after you are finished racing. This continued heating aids recovery when racing consecutive days. Water activates embro. It is normal while in the shower for the heat level to increase.

De-Activation: Using rubbing alcohol, wipe the area that is hot, then apply olive oil, this will reduce the heat if you find it uncomfortable. After using embro consistently, one learns to appreciate the re-gifting properties.

First time embro users need to be cautious. (Orange and Red) Less is more when first using embrocation. If you want more heat, apply a thicker layer. After a few uses you will understand the need to respect this product.
